1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpak ("phpak," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpak.org ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any phpak service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpak Platform and close your account. phpak reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the phpak Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. phpak strictly enforces the minimum gambling age in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phpak complies with all applicable local laws.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) phpak account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC Verification: phpak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions.
• Exclusion Lists: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from phpak or who are on any applicable exclusion register are not permitted to access the Platform.

phpak employs age verification technology and may require documentary proof of age before permitting access to certain services. 🔞 We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, less any winnings derived from gaming activity.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use phpak's gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your phpak account login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phpak immediately at support@phpak.org if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Not share your phpak account login credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or transfer your account to another person.

phpak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. phpak will never request your password through email, SMS, or live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

phpak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available at phpak's discretion.

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier at time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. phpak may require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. phpak targets same-day processing for verified accounts; actual credit times depend on the payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions on phpak are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: phpak does not issue refunds on deposits once gaming activity has commenced. In cases of technical malfunction, phpak will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• AML Compliance: phpak is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phpak may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• phpak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of suspected bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, strategic low-risk betting patterns, or other exploitation, phpak reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the player's account.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting phpak support.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phpak Platform are operated in accordance with individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. phpak uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games and partners with internationally accredited live casino studios for live dealer games. All Return to Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection, or software failure — the round will be deemed void and any stakes will be returned to the player's phpak account balance. phpak's decision on technical disputes is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpak Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with phpak games or systems.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using phpak for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing phpak from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward phpak staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

phpak is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. The phpak Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your phpak account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time limits.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of phpak content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the phpak Platform, even if phpak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpak's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpak makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Suspension & Termination

phpak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity, or regulatory requirement. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance in your phpak account (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your phpak account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not extinguish any pre-existing obligations or liability you may have to phpak.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phpak Platform shall first be submitted to phpak's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@phpak.org. phpak aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR as the applicable gaming regulatory authority.

13. Amendments

phpak may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the phpak Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
